Just cleansing each day is not enough, it takes many aspects of your lifestyle to have healthy skin.

Diet is the basis and very big factor of your skins health. Having a healthy balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, including green leafy vegetables, is vital to great skin.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day too, this helps flush impuritys from your body which helps your skin.

 

Tip 2. Wear Sunscreen

We all hear this time and time again, but most of us neglect it. The biggest factor in your skin again is the sun or uv rays. Cover yoru face and don't forget other exposed areas such as your neck and hands.

 

Tip 3. Use Quality Cleansers

When cleansing, don't just use any old soap or cleanser, use one that is better quality and is suitable for your skin type. Seeing a Dermatologist can also help identify any skin problems you may have.

Also, don't over cleanse. This can make your skin produce excess oil and therfore more blemishes. Twice each day is usually fine.

 

Tip 4. Get a Professional Facial

This is optional, however a professional facial every few weeks can give you a deep cleanse you can't usually do from home, so give it a shot every now and then!
